Who is responsible

What is collected
Only what you choose to send. The contact form collects your name, your role, the state you select, your phone number or email address and your message. The newsletter form collects your email address. The election tools and search work in your browser and do not collect personal information.
Why it is used
To reply to your enquiry, and, if you subscribe, to send election notes. It is not sold, rented or shared for anyone else's marketing.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are received and stored by the website's hosting provider on Ayush Jain's behalf. Bookings made through Cal.com, and links to LinkedIn and Instagram, are handled by those services under their own privacy policies.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for removal.
Your rights
In line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see the information held about you, correct it, or have it erased, and you can withdraw consent to receive the newsletter at any time. Write to the address above and you will receive a reply.
Cookies and browser storage
The site does not use advertising cookies. It stores one setting in your browser, your choice of light or dark mode, and nothing else.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
