Work with me

I work with candidates, sitting representatives and party units who want decisions grounded in evidence, and a team that stays with them through to counting day.

What I do

Each engagement is built around the decisions in front of you, not a standard package.

Seat assessment

A clear picture of where you stand before you spend anything: every past result down to the booth, the community and voter map, the local issues that move votes, and a realistic target for how many votes you need to win.

Research and surveys

Field surveys and ground intelligence built around the decisions you actually have to make, such as which seats to prioritise, which message lands and where the organisation is weak. The output is a decision, not a thick report.

Strategy and narrative

Which voters to win, what to say to them and how to say it. The narrative, the leader's positioning and the issues to own are set early, tested with real voters, and adjusted before the formal campaign begins.

Communications and digital

Media operations, messaging, content and social media that carry one consistent story across the leader's and party's channels, with rapid response for the moments that cannot wait.

Field organisation

Booth committees, volunteer networks and polling-day plans, built so that every polling station is covered and every instruction is checked on the ground before it is scaled.

War room and governance programmes

A central team that tracks the campaign day by day and moves resources to where they matter. The same discipline applies to public programmes: turning citizens' priorities into inputs a government can act on.

In the field

Most of the work happens on the ground, with candidates, party workers and volunteers.

How an engagement works

Four steps, starting with a short call.

  1. An introductory callWe talk about your seat, your goals and your timeline, and whether I'm the right fit.
  2. DiagnosisAn assessment of your seat or state, with a written view of where you stand.
  3. Strategy and planAn agreed plan with targets, owners and dates.
  4. Running the campaignSupport through to counting day, adjusted as the data comes in.
